Classic Outlook

1. Open Classic Outlook
2. Select the Block Sender icon.
3. Select Junk E-mail Options....

You’ll see any blocked senders in the list above.

OWA (Outlook Web Access)

1. Open outlook.com via web browser.
2. Select the ⚙️ icon located at the top right of the page or navigate directly to the junk mail options via link below.
   • https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/mail/junkEmail
3. Select Blocked senders and domains
