Logging into the HelpDesk
When you sign in to the Help Desk, enter your Microsoft work account in the Email address field, using this format:
username@gfs.loans
(Replace username with your own sign-in name.)
After you continue, the single sign-in flow will take over and sign you in using your Microsoft account, so you are logged straight in without a separate Help Desk password.
