MWS via Windows App

Use the Microsoft Windows App on your Windows PC or Mac to connect to Mortgage Workspace (MWS) and your cloud resources. The app gives you a dedicated experience outside the browser.

Install the Windows App

If you have not installed the app yet, follow the guide below for your operating system:

Sign in and connect

  1. Open the Windows App from your Start menu, Applications folder, or Dock.
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft work account (for example, username@gfs.loans).
  3. Complete any multi-factor authentication prompts (for example, Microsoft Authenticator).
  4. Select your Mortgage Workspace or cloud PC resource from the list and connect.

After you connect, your remote session opens inside the Windows App.
