Downloading Windows App
This guide will help you download and install the Microsoft Windows App on both Windows and macOS.
Windows Installation
Microsoft Store (Recommended)

Or follow these steps:

Open Microsoft Store
- Click on the Microsoft Store icon in your taskbar or search for "Microsoft Store" in the Start menu

Search for Windows App
- In the Microsoft Store, use the search bar at the top
- Type "Windows App"

Install the App
- Click on the Windows App app from the search results
- Click the Get or Install button
- Wait for the installation to complete

Launch the App
- Once installed, you can launch it from the Start menu or by clicking Launch in the Microsoft Store
macOS Installation
Mac App Store (Recommended)

Or follow these steps:

Open Mac App Store
- Click on the App Store icon in your Dock or Applications folder
- Or press
Command + Spaceand type "App Store"

Search for Windows App
- Use the search bar in the top-right corner of the App Store
- Type "Windows App"

Install the App
- Click on the Windows App app from the search results
- Click the Get or Install button
- You may need to sign in with your Apple ID
- Wait for the installation to complete

Launch the App
- Once installed, you can find it in your Applications folder
- Double-click to launch, or use Spotlight search (
Command + Space) and type "Windows App"
After Installation
Once you have successfully installed the Windows App:

Launch the Application
- Open the Windows App from your Start menu (Windows) or Applications folder (macOS)

Sign In
- Use your Microsoft account credentials (e.g.,
username@gfs.loans) - Complete any additional authentication steps if prompted

Start Using Mortgage Workspace
- You should now have access to all Mortgage Workspace features and tools
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during installation:
- Windows: Make sure you're signed in to the Microsoft Store with your Microsoft account
- macOS: Ensure your Mac meets the minimum system requirements and you're signed in to the App Store
- Both: Check that you have a stable internet connection
- Both: Try restarting your computer and attempting the installation again
