This guide will help you access Mortgage Workspace (MWS) through the web browser using the Remote Desktop Web Client.

Accessing the Remote Desktop Web Client

You can access Mortgage Workspace via the web by visiting the Remote Desktop Web Client:

Steps to Access MWS via Web

  1. Open the Web Client

    • Click on the link above or navigate to: https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient
    • The Remote Desktop Web Client will load in your browser
  2. Sign In

    • Use your Microsoft account credentials (e.g., username@gfs.loans)
    • Complete any additional authentication steps if prompted (such as Microsoft Authenticator)
  3. Access Mortgage Workspace

    • Once authenticated, you'll see available remote desktop resources
    • Select the appropriate Mortgage Workspace resource to connect
  4. Start Working

    • The remote desktop session will open in your browser
    • You can now access all Mortgage Workspace features and tools

System Requirements

To use the Remote Desktop Web Client, ensure you have:

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari)
  • A stable internet connection
  • Your Microsoft account credentials
  • Microsoft Authenticator app set up on your mobile device (if required)

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues accessing MWS via the web:

  • Clear your browser cache and try again
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with the web client
  • Try a different browser if the current one isn't working
  • Check your internet connection to ensure it's stable
  • Verify your Microsoft account has the necessary permissions
